About the books..

Updated: 5 days ago

Okay here is some info on the books I wrote; this will hopefully clarify any questions you may have, or pique your interest. If you have further questions, feel free to leave a comment below.

About the t h o u g h t s series...

There are three books in the t h o u g h t s series (Part 1, 2 & 3). I wrote them during a particularly difficult time in my life. As our dog was passing away, I was simultaneously experiencing a death and rebirth within myself. During this transition, my journal was an outlet for my grief and a channel for intuitive guidance, which I was beginning to tap in to.

Since writing the t h o u g h t s series, much growth has happened. One of my favourite things about these books is that some of the words remain in the time I wrote them, while others are timeless.

If you are currently experiencing a shift, an awakening, or a death & rebirth, my hope is these books will remind you that you are not alone. We all are transitioning into a new era of love and ease. It can be messy, it can be heavy, but by releasing the old, we create space for the new to sprout.

About notes...

notes was written with the intention to uplift readers and chronicle my manifesting practice.

This was an easier book to write and introduce people to, as it was lighter and softer than the t h o u g h t s series. I enjoyed sharing this book with friends and folks at the farmers' market. Being a naturally positive person, I sometimes struggled sharing the t h o u g h t s series as it was difficult to describe exactly what they were, or how I even felt about them. I am grateful to be sharing them with you today, thanks for being here!

I never thought I would write books.. like ever. It never crossed my mind until the day it crossed my mind & I understood they were already written ;)

I am not a big reader, except when it comes to Harry Potter. I went through a phase where I read every Eckhart Tolle book and books like Seat of The Soul and The Emotion Code, but otherwise don't read much.

If you are curious about writing your own book(s), literally just write. There is no rhyme or reason, no method, no rules. If you want to write a book then write a book.

About the book layouts...

One of the reasons I haven't read too many books is because of how dense words can seem on a page. Words can feel crowded, for me, when blended into full page paragraphs.

I like s p a c e on my pages

space for the words to breathe

space for the mind to focus

(and wander)

no shade to wordy books

books are so legit

but that's why I wrote all my books with a poetry-style formatting

simple

precise

room for the reader to imagine

to reflect

to write their own thoughts on the page if they so desire

or perhaps draw

some folks use the books like oracle cards, flipping to a page at random for insight

In conclusion...

My mission is to use the creative power of words to uplift those who read them.

Thanks for being here.

love jess
