remember those dehydrated strawberries i mentioned in preserve the harvest ?

well, they made their way into some pumpkin oatmeal cookies today, along with their berry good friends dehydrated blueberries

some other food creations today were hearty veg. broth, chaga tea, blueberry smoothie & sweet potato fries

there were some hours of warm sunshine earlier so i seized the opportunity to try out our beach

what a trip

the cold november lake stole my breath

siphoned it from my lungs

eyes wide

senses collide

i pulled it back in

regained equilibrium

and got the f out of there

cleansing

invigorating

beautiful

with practice

i’m sure it would get easier

be able to stay in longer

keep the breath steady

maybe this is the practice

my dream message was talking about ha
