How do I put what I've been learning into words?

This is the first time I'm attempting to write about it in a while b/c after a certain point (or at certain times) what I am learning is...reading energy

Yes, I am learning how to read energy and it happens so fast that it's difficult to capture it through writing... or anything for that matter

it cannot be captured, grasped or conceptualized

it just happens & it is & that's it haha

Okay, here's one thing I've been visualizing & feeling lately...

A white channel, kind of like a hallway/maze they use for mice observation. It's one long channel.

When I get distracted, a doorway opens off this channel, and I enter into a new pathway. This new pathway isn't "bad" or "in the wrong direction", b/c ultimately I'll end up back in my original channel. It just isn't necessary. And if it's not necessary to take a detour, then it makes the most sense to stay in my channel & not open extra side doors.

Does this make sense?

My hand is cramped from writing all that as fast as I could capture the thought haha

I keep visualizing this channel & focusing my feelings on moving forward through this channel.

Ah, I feel like this isn't doing it justice!!!!

I am visualizing with all my senses.

I am imagining it, then simultaneously creating it through physical senses.

To manifest something is to fully believe it to be true.

and to feel, see, smell, know, hear

is to believe it to be true

because senses pick up & send signals within you

Okay, here's a little more...

If you really want to manifest something, it is in your best interest to stay in your channel.

forget all the side doors

they'll always be there

more can always appear

focus on your channel

stay in your lane

That's what I've been working on lately and after reading some of my first book today, uh yeah... I have come a long way and yeah, I am proud of myself

heck yes

celebrate your growth

celebrate your story

it's cool as hell

and there's much more to come!
