a number of things have played out in this last month.. one of which was the birth of two girls one squirrel

this collaboration of wit, curiosity & playfulness was conceived late summer when justine approached me with the idea of a podcast/radio show

a space to share our conversations with the world

a space of love & creativity

so far it has been

fun

inspirational

educational

creative

exciting

something i noticed after watching our “just begin” recording is when i speak, i say “like” a lot

so much so, that it is distracting from the rest of the words

and an idea popped into my heads as to why that may be…

saying “it is like” instead of “it is” skews the energy of what you are describing

you aren’t fully committing to the description

“it’s kind of like” “it’s sort of like”

it is used as a filler

and this filler masks uncertainty

because if you were 100%, undoubtably certain, then your statement would come out in that frequency

how you communicate would reflect that confidence

self-confidence … solar plexus

so..

recognize

slow down

speak intentionally

methodically

clearly

do not fill uncertain spaces with noise

let them be silent

for that is where spirit speaks

and it speaks of love

mantra for clear communication

i am blessed with the gift of communication

it is as much a part of me as my fingers & toes

this gift allows me to share, express & connect

to tell uplifting stories

to bring through waves of sunshine

in the form of word, feeling & sound

may i be divinely equipped with the sword of truth

may my message be of purest love
