she moves like time

you can never quite grasp time

it will always keep moving

always keep evolving

so don’t try and hold it

let it go

and you will keep on rolling

like a beautiful wave

there’s a buildup

an undertow

then the peak

then the pass

The truth about sharing knowledge is that you can only gently guide & teach foundational concepts… the rest must be completed by the student them self.

To fully understand something is to fully experience it yourself. To fully feel it yourself.

This is the dilemma teachers face: how do i teach something, without doing it for them, or ordering them around? Over giving & control, respectively.

like osmosis

Kai has been teaching me balance. When the energy is out of balance, she nips at me.. I yank on her leash..

If I am alert enough to catch it (ideally before it flows too far down the line), I feel my way back to balance, and then we move on.

Kai moves on so fast.. like instantaneously. Moment to moment.

It is inspiring.

I am excited and grateful to share this time with her.
