okay this idea came to me earlier while drawing…

i’m not sure where i’m going with this, but i had the urge to write about it

it feels rhythmical, yeah?

ask in the morning… set your intentions

create all day… complete tasks

give thanks in the evening… reflect & appreciate today’s gifts

receive all night… reward body, mind & spirit in relaxation
