Energetic Releases (my experience so far)

These steps cannot be skipped or rushed. They happen at the correct pace, at the correct time.


What I've felt so far...

- My body hurts in a certain area (or feels uncomfortable/not at ease)

- I realize that chakra is healing/balancing out

- I start noticing feelings & behaviours that have been surfacing lately

- I see their association with that chakra

- I usually fight the feelings because I don't understand how to release them

- The feelings persist & physical symptoms worsen

- Usually I can't sleep, because I've tried to suppress these feelings that want to release

- I get up (typically this happens between 3 & 5am) and write everything that comes to mind, down on paper. Sometimes the shit that comes up is so nasty that I burn the paper after I'm done writing. Sometimes it's sad, confusing, or just basic physical symptoms I'm experiencing. The point is to get it all out, no matter how embarrassing or horrific it is.

- The baggage/trauma rarely releases immediately, but the intention of healing is in motion

- It releases when the time is right (usually I'm not expecting it, or even thinking about it)

- The observation, understanding & release all happen instantaneously. It's kind of like an intuitive impulse that flows through my body


Notes:

My first few energetic releases were big, came out of nowhere and were scary & painful (I wrote about them in t h o u g h t s 2 & 3). When they happened, I had no idea what was going on, and there was very little observation or understanding.. they just released a ton of energy all at once.


Almost all the big releases I've experienced, hurt for a split second as the energy left my body. BUT I felt significantly better after every single one of them.


My most recent releases have been more enjoyable & less painful.



These are some lighter (smaller) energetic releases that would be considered everyday releases

- burping

- coughing

- sneezing

- farting

- laughing

- crying

- yawning

- breathing (i.e. Lion's Breath, ujjayi, pranayama, etc)


Everybody releases energy different, these are just the experiences I've recorded so far.
