Shifting from a mindset of scarcity, to a mindset of abundance.


If you think you aren't enough, then you will think you don’t have enough.


It’s simple, yet many of us struggle with deep feelings of unworthiness, that lead to holding onto things unnecessarily.

Carrying around physical and non-physical baggage, in fear of needing it in the future, is exhausting.


This is one of the reasons “Marie Kondo-ing” your house and purging physical items is liberating on many levels.


If you truly believe life is abundant, then you will trust that your material, emotional, and spiritual needs will always be met.

You are equipped with everything you need to thrive in this life. It’s about truly believing you can create it for yourself.

You do not need to worry about all the possible outcomes, in fear of being unprepared in the future.


Anxiety is fear of the unknown.


There are infinite possible outcomes for your life. If you spend your time only thinking about the "bad" possibilities, you end up missing all the goodness right in front of you. You miss life.

How do we release these self-harming behaviours?


There’s no magical, one-size-fits-all, solution to this question.


Your healing is unique to you.

Nobody can tell you how to live your life. Does your neighbour know what foods you should be eating? Does your co-worker know how much sleep you should get every night?


Hell no.


It’s nobody’s business or responsibility.


It’s up to you to know these things about yourself. And if you don’t know what's best for your physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual wellbeing... make time to learn.

Ultimately, you have to put in the time and do the work for yourself. You know yourself better than anyone.


Make sure you’re not taking on everyone else’s problems as your responsibility, as a distraction from your own healing. The most inspiring and beneficial thing you can do to help your loved ones, is deal with your own life first.


I’ve heard a lot of healers use the analogy of the oxygen masks dropping in an airplane. You put your own oxygen mask on first, before you can help others.


If you recognize that you've been distracting yourself from your healing, don’t beat yourself up. Guilt is not the solution. Love is the solution, specifically self-love.


Remember...


I AM ENOUGH


Your existence is enough. Just breathing, is enough.

Being your genuine self is the most profound contribution you can make to our planet's healing right now.


You are in control of your life. You create your destiny.
